Russian Revolver Was Purchased By Many of The Wells Fargo Agencies
in The Late 1880's in California and The Arizona and New Mexico Territories.
This Was Matched By The Purchase of Surplus S&W Schofield .45 Calibre
Army Revolvers. This S&W is Stamped"WF&Co. #17" on The Butt, Along
With The Serial # 27252, Placing it in 1873. One Needs To Be Mindfull of
The Many Spuriously Marked Wells Fargo Pieces Today. This Wells Fargo
S&W is Absolutely Original and Authentic. There is a 100% Guarantee To
The Provenance of This Historical Gun. It Has Five of The Original .44 Black
Powder Cartridges With it. The Original Finish Was Nickle, Which is Mostly
Gone, with Only Slight Traces in Hidden Areas. Action is Good, Markings
Are Good. The Beautiful Old Ivory Grips are Original With The Gun. The
